Claudia Martins is the Vice President of LKQ Europe’s Supply Chain & Logistics (SC&L). A key member of the Senior Executive team, Claudia Martins provides thought leadership across the LKQ Europe business on SC&L strategic initiatives, policies and objectives.
Prior to joining the business in 2021, Claudia Martins gained over 25 years’ end-to-end supply chain and operation experience working internationally across the US and Europe at leading global companies including engineering and technology business Bosch, medical equipment manufacturer Medela, packaging and label equipment supplier BOBST, escalator and elevator manufacturer Schindler, automotive supplier Faurecia and Delphi.
My broad international experience across different industries with different maturity levels, as well as the strong business acumen and ability to act as a driver for collaboration across organizational boundaries will be key as we work towards LKQ Europe’s ambition of becoming one company with shared visions and values.
This exposure to the best-in-class in sourcing, planning, engineering, manufacturing, quality, distribution and logistics has allowed Claudia Martins to apply her knowledge and experience across different industries and business models. It has also seen her spearhead large scale transformation projects on process and cost efficiency, step-change performance improvements as well as enterprise application programs focusing on business contribution and customer satisfaction.
